Aalto Food Display Bowls and Trays are made from commercial-quality melamine, the most widely used material for food display containers: 100% food-contact safe. BPA-free. Stain, scratch and chip resistant. Dishwasher safe. Suitable for use from -20°C to +120°C. Not suitable for microwave or oven use.

One of the challenges when setting up great looking fresh food displays is to make sure the trays and bowls always look full and abundant, even on slow days. Your customers will not buy food displayed in a half empty containers because it looks like it has been sitting in the display cabinet all day. Aalto addresses this issue by providing a large range of sizes and depths. On slow days use a smaller size container. Or use one of the shallower trays rather than the deeper bowls. All Aalto trays can sit on top of the deeper bowls. On slower days or towards the end of the day simply transfer the food from the bowls to the trays.

The sizes of these trays and bowls have been designed to suit standard 840mm internal depth of most food display cabinets. And the sizes are modular allowing retailers to create layouts that are space efficient.
