We have designed the ordering process of our web site to be similar to most leading e-commerce websites. If you have ordered products online in the past you will find ordering from shop4shops easy.
If you are new to online ordering here are a few tips:
- Use the Main Index at the top of every page to find the products you wish to order
- Click on the product thumbnail images to see more details about the products. These details will include:
- Detailed product descriptions
- More images
- Lower prices for larger order quantities
- Select the quantity you wish to order and add to the shopping cart
- Finalise your order by adding your details and delivery instructions
- Click to send
- You will get an email confirmation of your order
Telephone Orders
Ordering through our web site helps make sure we get all of your correct information, correct products and payment information.
However, if you have difficulties placing an order through the web site we will do our best to accept telephone orders. Phone 03 6278 1985. But please do not be offended if we are busy serving other customers when you call. If this happens consider sending us your order by email. We will require:

- ABN
- Bill To and Delivery Addresses
- Your name
- Phone Number
- List of products and quantities required.
- Preferred method of payment
We will reply with a Tax Invoice for your approval.
Unlike orders placed through our web site manually processed orders can take a few days.
