Are product samples free?

In many cases no. Please read for more information.

Samples of small products like Display Clips and Accessories are free. All you pay for is the delivery costs. Most small samples will be sent in an Express Post envelope for $20 to $25.
Unfortunately samples of large, more valuable products are not free.

You cannot order product samples through our web site. We have a minimum order requirement of $100.00.
To order product samplesplease email us. Include the following information in your email:

Your business name
Your business delivery address
You own name and phone number in case we need additional information
Our product name, exactly as it appears on our web site, so we can send you the correct samples. Including a link to the product page with you email will help.
The quantity required
Tell us a little bit about how you are going to use these products. This will help us to make sure you are ordering a product that suits your application or to suggest alternatives.

We will reply with a Tax Invoice listing any costs involved.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer prior to despatch of the samples. Payment details will be shown on the Invoice.
