Can I buy less than one carton of Shopping Baskets?

Sorry, no. Shop4Shops specialises in supplying our products to businesses in commercial quantities. Our prices for Shopping Baskets are based on us selling in full cartons only.

Can I mix the colours of the Shopping Baskets in the carton?

The cartons of Shop4Shops Shopping Baskets are stored in and despatched from order-fulfillment warehouses. Warehouse staff are not available to split and repack these cartons. Ordering cartons containing mixed colours is not possible.

Can I save on the delivery charges by collecting the Shopping Baskets from your warehouse?

Our warehouses are not open to the public for collection of orders. But we use economical delivery methods to save you money. And Free Delivery of some orders for Shopping Baskets delivered to main ports may be possible. 

Do the Shopping Baskets comply with Health Authority requirements?

Yes. Our Shopping Baskets have been used by major fresh food retailers like IGA for many years. Many Health Department Inspectors require that the Shopping Baskets are used with Stands to keep the baskets off the floor when customers use them for fresh food products. And their preferred option is for the baskets to have mesh not solid bases.

Will the colour of the Shopping Baskets fade in sunlight?

Most coloured plastic will fade to some extent if exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time, including Shopping Baskets. Unlike lesser quality Shopping Baskets our Shopping Baskets are manufactured using UV Stabilisers that will minimise any fading. We regularly supply the baskets to Garden Centres. Any fading can be reduced by storing the baskets undercover.

Can I buy Rustic Looking Shopping Baskets?

If you are looking for more rustic looking, wicker Shopping Baskets we are unable to help. We do sell wicker baskets with handles but they are designed for short term or decorative use like for gift baskets. They are not suitable for use as customer shopping baskets.

Do you sell Wire Shopping Baskets?

No. Most of our Shopping Baskets are supplied to supermarkets and similar food retailers. Major supermarkets and chains have banned Wire Shopping Baskets due to the risk of the wires becoming broken and injuring customers, often resulting in litigation.

Do you price match? I have seen lower priced Shopping Baskets elsewhere on the Internet?

We sell premium quality Shopping Baskets that have been tested by major retailers for many years. They are made in New Zealand not China. We are unable to reduce the prices of our premium quality Shopping Baskets to match those of inferior shopping baskets. However, if you believe you have seen an identical Shopping Basket elsewhere at a lower price please Email us.

Do you deliver Australia wide?

Definately. We have supplied businesses with Shopping Basket as far away as northern WA, FNQ and many places in between. We have negotiated special freight rates for delivery to most locations. These freight costs will be calculated for you when you are at the Checkout. In some rare cases the delivery to remote or regional areas may require additional costs to those calculated by our Shopping Cart software. We will contact you for instructions should this occur.
