This all in one ballot box is made from premium 3mm dark translucent acrylic with lockable side door entry. Smoke look provides privacy to entry forms and collections.
Featuring a DL form and pen holder on the front of the suggestion box makes it easier to keep forms and pens together.
The rear of the box has keyholes to allow for wall mounting. Or use on top of a table or counter. The choice is yours with this flexible product.
The A4 portrait top header is removable and slots into the rear of the box. Slide in a paper with sign descriptive information for people to understand what they are donating or contributing feedback to.
