If you are a FoodWorks supermarket you may feel tempted to use a mix of Orange and Lime Green Platters in your fresh food display cabinet. Please don't! Just because they are your corporate colours, platters in these colours will do little to show off your food products to best advantage.
IGA Supermarkets do not display their fresh food on red platters. Woolworths Supermarkets do not display their fresh food on green platters. When choosing the colour for your platters select a colour or colours that do not detract from the food on display.
