In order to get the most from the printer, cleaning is recommended. We recommend regular cleaning of the different printer parts: rollers and print head. Do not hesitate to clean the printer in the event of any printing problems or after a long period of inactivity.
Recommended cleaning cycle is after every ribbon change.
However, we do recommend more regular cleaning if the printer is located in a dusty place or if it is used intensively.
