These Wood Deco Platters for fresh food displays are one of our top selling platters. Perhaps it is because of the warm, soft woodgrain look that adds a new dimension to a wide range of food displays. Or perhaps it is the range of styles. Or that they are made from premium, commercial quality melamine. Melamine platters do not have any of the disadvantages of real wood platters. They are 100% food contact safe, heat resistant (-20° to 120°), BPA-fress and are dishwasher safe.

These Platters come in three styles. The flat rectangular platters are suitable for dry foods like pies, sandwiches, cakes and pastries, sausages. schnitzils for example. The coupe style have small raised edges making them a better platter to display wet foods like fresh meat. The platters with the soft curved edges are recommended for food products that may include some jiuces, sauces or other liquids like raw mets, seafood, burgers and similar. are frequently used as a serving platter in restaurants with foods like burgers or cheeses. Or in fresh food display cabinets to create a visually more exciting display.

All of these Wood Deco Platters have reinforced, ribbed bases for strength and to minimise slipping during use. The thin profile provides a minimalist look that does not hide or detract from the fresh food on display.
